That's the fact

Just little bit of grumble.

It's factual that ppl do see things on surface. If you're incapables or not an expert in your field, never mind. Make sure you know to act. Act as a capable staff and you'll still be rewarded. Of course, make sure your boss sees your act. That would also mean that you can be slack at work when your boss is not around.

This made me think of one fine line concluded for relationship as I was told earlier: No matter how best a girl fit to be wife, she fails if she doesn't know to act in the presence of elders.

I've been pained by the fact but what to do? That's life.
