Talk to idiot box??

If somebody told you their work is to talk to idiot box... What would you think of?

The first thing that came into my mind was this telephone box. I imagined she works as a receiptionist in this telephone box.... Oh.. hahaha... which would mean she sits inside this telephone box and answers the phone call... But wait.... do we have such telephone box in Malaysia?? Obviously no....
